ABOUT ZHENYI CHEMICAL FIBER

Built on manufacturing experience dating back to 2007, Zhenyi Chemical Fiber brings together the Weien and Baoyi production bases under an integrated business system. We specialize in the production and sales of polyester DTY, while international trade and customer support are provided by Shoyee International Trading Co., Ltd.

Weien Intelligent Manufacturing (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. operates the Weien production facility, with a site area of approximately 13,300 m² (20 mu). Tongxiang Baoyi Textile Co., Ltd. operates the Baoyi production facility, with a site area of approximately 10,000 m² (15 mu).

Together, the two facilities have a total production workshop floor area of approximately 100,000 m² and are equipped with 100 draw-texturing machines, providing a combined polyester DTY production capacity of up to 400 metric tons per day. They manufacture DTY in a range of deniers, filament counts, luster types and intermingling levels for customers in China and overseas.

  • Two Luster Grades Under One Category, and Why That's Practical

Zhenyi Chemical Fiber groups Semi-Dull & Full-Dull Polyester Monofilament together because both are chosen for the same underlying reason — reducing the glassy shine of undelustered monofilament — just at different intensities. Semi-dull removes most of the reflectivity while keeping some surface definition; full-dull removes nearly all of it, useful when a mesh or technical fabric needs to visually disappear rather than draw attention to its structural thread.

  • Applications Where Reduced Luster Actually Matters Functionally

Beyond appearance, lower-luster monofilament is often specified for window screening, privacy mesh and certain filtration fabrics where light glare or reflectivity would interfere with the product's function rather than just its looks. In these cases, full-dull is chosen for functional reasons — minimizing glare — not purely for aesthetic preference, which is worth flagging clearly in a spec sheet so the correct grade isn't substituted for a cheaper bright alternative.

  • Available Denier Range and What It Suits

This category spans 16D/1F, 20D/1F, 25D/1F and 30D/1F — a slightly finer range than the bright monofilament offering, reflecting the finer-gauge mesh and screen applications this luster grade tends to serve. The 16D/1F option in particular suits very fine, lightweight mesh where minimal visual and physical bulk is the priority.

  • Choosing Between Semi-Dull and Full-Dull for Your Application

If you're unsure which of the two grades your application needs, requesting samples of both against your own lighting and use conditions is more reliable than working from a supplier's product photo. Zhenyi Chemical Fiber can arrange small comparative samples of Semi-Dull & Full-Dull Polyester Monofilament side by side so the visual and functional difference can be judged directly before a denier and grade are locked in for bulk order.
