ABOUT ZHENYI CHEMICAL FIBER

Built on manufacturing experience dating back to 2007, Zhenyi Chemical Fiber brings together the Weien and Baoyi production bases under an integrated business system. We specialize in the production and sales of polyester DTY, while international trade and customer support are provided by Shoyee International Trading Co., Ltd.

Weien Intelligent Manufacturing (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. operates the Weien production facility, with a site area of approximately 13,300 m² (20 mu). Tongxiang Baoyi Textile Co., Ltd. operates the Baoyi production facility, with a site area of approximately 10,000 m² (15 mu).

Together, the two facilities have a total production workshop floor area of approximately 100,000 m² and are equipped with 100 draw-texturing machines, providing a combined polyester DTY production capacity of up to 400 metric tons per day. They manufacture DTY in a range of deniers, filament counts, luster types and intermingling levels for customers in China and overseas.

  • What Gives Bright Polyester DTY Its Surface Sheen

    Bright yarn contains little to no TiO₂ delustering agent, leaving the filament's natural high refractive index intact. Bright Polyester DTY from Zhenyi Chemical Fiber is spun this way deliberately for fabrics where surface sheen is a design feature rather than a flaw — decorative wovens, ribbon-like trims, and specialty yarn cores that need to catch light. This is the opposite design goal from full-dull yarn, and mixing the two in the same fabric without planning creates a visibly inconsistent surface.

  • Where Bright DTY Outperforms Semi-Dull on the Loom

    On decorative weaving equipment, bright filament's higher surface reflectivity does more than affect appearance — it also makes shade variation between lots more visible under inspection lighting, which is actually useful for quality control. Mills weaving curtain and sofa fabrics often specify bright yarn precisely because minor shade drift shows up faster on the loom than it would with a duller finish, allowing correction before a full roll is woven.

  • HIM and SIM Options for Bright Yarn

    The intermingling logic here mirrors the semi-dull range: HIM for higher-speed processing where filament cohesion under tension matters, SIM where a softer hand is preferred. Since bright filament already has a smoother surface than delustered yarn, some mills find SIM intermingling sufficient even at moderate loom speeds, where they might otherwise default to HIM on a semi-dull equivalent.

    Because sheen is subjective and lighting-dependent, requesting a physical cone sample of Bright Polyester DTY under your own factory lighting is worth the short delay before committing to a bulk order.
