ABOUT ZHENYI CHEMICAL FIBER

Built on manufacturing experience dating back to 2007, Zhenyi Chemical Fiber brings together the Weien and Baoyi production bases under an integrated business system. We specialize in the production and sales of polyester DTY, while international trade and customer support are provided by Shoyee International Trading Co., Ltd.

Weien Intelligent Manufacturing (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. operates the Weien production facility, with a site area of approximately 13,300 m² (20 mu). Tongxiang Baoyi Textile Co., Ltd. operates the Baoyi production facility, with a site area of approximately 10,000 m² (15 mu).

Together, the two facilities have a total production workshop floor area of approximately 100,000 m² and are equipped with 100 draw-texturing machines, providing a combined polyester DTY production capacity of up to 400 metric tons per day. They manufacture DTY in a range of deniers, filament counts, luster types and intermingling levels for customers in China and overseas.

  • Why Bright Is the Standard Grade for Technical Mesh

Zhenyi Chemical Fiber supplies Bright Polyester Monofilament across 20D/1F, 25D/1F, 30D/1F, 33D/1F and 40D/1F, the range most commonly requested for screen, mesh and technical fabric use. Undelustered filament retains slightly higher tensile strength per denier than its full-dull equivalent, since it carries no embedded TiO₂ particles that can act as micro stress concentrators — a small but real factor for applications where the monofilament itself bears mechanical load.

  • Round-Section vs Special-Shaped in Bright Finish

Round-section bright monofilament is the general-purpose option for most mesh and reinforcement uses, offering predictable flex in every direction. The special-shaped variant trades that uniformity for a directional stiffness profile or altered light behavior, useful when a fabric needs to bend more easily along one axis than another. Confirming which behavior your end application actually needs — omnidirectional flex or directional stiffness — determines which cross-section to specify.

  • How Denier Selection Affects Stiffness in Fine Monofilament

Because monofilament stiffness scales with cross-sectional area rather than linearly with denier, the jump from 20D/1F to 40D/1F produces a noticeably stiffer, more wire-like handle than the denier numbers alone might suggest. For applications needing a very fine, flexible thread, staying at the lower end of the range (20D/1F or 25D/1F) preserves drape; for structural mesh needing rigidity, the higher deniers in this range perform more predictably under load.

  • Confirming Denier Before Bulk Order

Since Bright Polyester Monofilament is supplied across five distinct deniers, it's worth stating the exact figure in an RFQ rather than a general range, since even a 5-denier difference changes stiffness and diameter enough to affect fit on some weaving or knitting equipment. A short physical sample run is the most reliable way to confirm compatibility before committing to full production volume.
