Construction Progress Update: New Production Base in Tongxiang, Zhejiang

Our new production base in Tongxiang, Zhejiang is moving into its final stage of preparation and is planned to commence operation. The project has passed the municipal planning review, and the main building is already standing on site, with the surrounding grounds being cleared and levelled for the next phase of work.

Project Approval and Location

The Tongxiang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau has published the post-approval notice for the project, with the project entity named as the applicant. Zhejiang Hongyi New Materials Co., Ltd. is the project entity responsible for the development of our new production base in Tongxiang. This facility is part of Zhenyi Chemical Fiber’s ongoing manufacturing expansion. The permit covers Workshop 1# and Workshop 2#, and the planned capacity is 1,327 tons of carbon fiber fabric per year.

The base is located in the small and medium-sized enterprise park of Zhouquan Town, Tongxiang. It sits on the east side of Dayouqiao Port and the north side of Huancheng South Road, with a building style designed to blend in with the neighboring industrial buildings. The notice was published on August 18, 2026.

The multi-story main building has reached its full height, and its white exterior wall panels are largely in place. A tower crane still stands beside the structure, while excavators and work crews are preparing the open ground in front of it. Work on the facade, utilities and site roads is continuing.

A location close to the waterway and the ring road, which helps outbound shipments reach Zhejiang's wider transport network.
